Here are some March Break tips to follow, to ensure a safe journey with your pets:

#1. Let your Vet have a look to determine they're healthy enough for travel - as tours can be very stressful for them.

#2. Ensure your Vaccination Records are up-to-date. Depending on where you're going, you should make copies of any forms you might need.

#3. It’s good to have a list of hotels/motels well in advance that allow pets.

#4. If traveling by car, train the dog to sit/lie in one place. Dogs are smart, and will able to comply. If Crating a dog or cat, keep the car well ventilated. Avoid long continuous hours, take breaks regularly.

#5. If traveling by plane: Contact the airline in question before the trip, to make specific arrangements.
