Lexy started volunteering in 1988, and is now part of our kennel staff.

She has always had a passion for animals & travel. Growing up with cats, dogs, pocket pets, birds and fish encouraged her to pursue a career with animals. She completed the Veterinary Technician course at Seneca College in 2008 and is now trained as an RVT.  She has worked as a technician for the past two years and recently became head technician at her clinic - O’Sullivan Animal Hospital. 

In her spare time, she is an avid movie watcher, enjoys reading and has recently found a new hobby: Fishing! She shares her home with 2 cats: 3-legged Legoless & Vienna, as well as their family dog 'Colour'.  In the near future, she plans to develop her education further by working towards becoming a veterinarian.
