Jean is an obedience instructor at Pet Country Estate, and has been teaching since 1997. Jean is a professional member of the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) since 1998 and a professional member of the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers (CAPPDT).

Jean has attended many seminars and learned about canine aggression and new training techniques. Jean has successfully competed in CKC obedience trials, so also have many of her clients and their dogs; as a result of Jean’s training expertise they have achieved CD and CDX titles.

Jean has also enjoyed many dog sports like agility, flyball, dancing with dogs, conformation show handling, and was a member of Pet Country Estate’s demonstration team for some years. Jean’s new interest in dog sports is rally-o.

Jean is currently owned by two wonderful golden retrievers: “Brigadier” is a ten year old nurtured male and “Colour” is a year old spayed female. We look forward to an exciting new year of training from Jean.
